Frequently Asked Questions

To obtain a medical cannabis card, a prospective patient must first qualify for a medical marijuana certification. The State of Florida’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use details the eligible health conditions. If you have one of the qualifying medical conditions, and our doctor determines you would benefit from the use of cannabis as a medical alternative, a recommendation will be issued so you can proceed to apply for the card issued by the Florida Department of Health.

If you are a first-time patient, our appointment fee is $ 199. Renewal appointments are $ 149. Veterans, active service members and students are eligible to receive a 10% discount. The Florida Department of health charges a separate $ 75 fee on an annual basis.
Florida law requires patients to be re-certified every 210 days in order to keep their recommendation current.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept insurance. A deposit fee of $ 50 must be made to secure an appointment.
